TRINITA
TRINITA (2024), 100x100 cm, Print on Canvas
In this photographic series, I strive to express a visual homage to the ancient concept of the unity of body, soul, and spirit. This universal symbolic triangle has accompanied humanity throughout history and across cultures, carrying a deeper meaning that transcends ordinary perceptions of the world.
To me, the body is the foundation, anchoring a person in material reality and granting the ability to experience the world through the senses. The soul serves as a bridge between the body and the spirit, carrying emotions, feelings, and personal identity. The spirit, in turn, represents an intangible essence—something timeless and sacred, reaching beyond physical boundaries.
I sought to intertwine these three dimensions in TRINITA with subtle harmony. The photograph reflects the delicate balance between the material and the immaterial, between the earthly and the transcendent, even when depicted through a shaved human head. Each image was carefully composed to tell a story that cannot be fully understood rationally, but rather felt in the depths of the soul.
TRINITA is an invitation to introspection, a search for a personal connection between body, soul, and spirit. It offers a space for stillness and meditation, allowing each viewer to immerse themselves in their own trinity of existence.
This image is not merely a visual spectacle—it is a spiritual experience, an artwork that resonates with the human essence and serves as a reminder that true harmony lies in the unity of all parts of ourselves.
